If you are having issues logging in after renewal, you may need to do a hard reset to restore your connection. Simply follow the instructions below and this should help you to restore it quickly.
Hard Reset Instructions
Press HOME BUTTON
Choose SETTINGS
Select APPLICATIONS
Select MANAGE INSTALLED APPLICATIONS
Select the app you are using
> Select CLEAR DATA
> Acknowledge to CLEAR DATA
> Select LAUNCH APP
NOTE: before entering login details, Select “Refresh DNS” in the app
then enter your Login Details.
